I have over 15 years’ experience in operations, senior administrative support, education, and business project management. I have worked collectively within both private and public markets. In my role at The Salvation Army as Program Director, I was responsible for The Franklin Women’s Shelter. I worked to oversee all shelter departments and divisions which houses 200 individuals daily. In my operations, I trained, taught and tutored individuals to meet education or job seeking needs. At Star of Hope Ministries, I created the educational classes to teach retail management and skills training. I was responsible for the development of the internship & educational programs. I worked daily at teaching students the written curriculum, creating & editing documentation, SOP & helping to support individuals transition into long-term sustainable life choices. From 2010 through 2012, I worked as an Educational Aide at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. I worked closely with the teachers for students with special needs. In my role at Healthquest as the Aquatic Director, I was responsible for the teaching of the trainers and instructors and providing one-on-one instruction within the swimming department. I used different educational techniques to help students achieve success.
